011607 Okay, I'm not going to split any hairs about it: I write chick porn. (No, not actual pornography involving women.) By chick porn, I mean the Romance with a capital R, and all the drama and angst associated with it. Because, like most chicks, I get all hot and bothered by it. If it were a person, I'd probably marry it. Who's to say I haven't already?
Specifically, I write Powerpuff Chick Porn. (Again: not actual pornography involving women. Stay with me here!) If you want to get even more specific about it, I subscribe to the Super-Clichéd Pairing of the PPG/RRB. And no, I don't even really mix the colors up that often unless inspiration/a request strikes.
So, for those of you still with me, I love writing. Turn-ons are strong characters with snappy dialogue and Two Dollar Words like Indolent and Perfunctory (the latter of which lately gets worked into practically every story I write these days). Exposition is my mortal enemy, death to it with breadsticks. Did I mention I love dialogue? Which is to say you'll find in my stories an excessive focus on the dialogue, though I've been known to churn out the occasional Overly Lavish Description Piece with Some Big Metaphor as the Backdrop. (I heart Pretty Words!)
I'm probably most well-known for A Skirt for Sunday Evening.
I'm (still) proudest of Swordplay, despite the slightly OOC dialogue.
I'm (STILL!) working on Best Kept Secret! DON'T GIVE UP ON IT!
And if that last one wasn't enough indication, I WRITE HORRENDOUSLY SLOW. Life gets in the way. That's all. Forgive me.
